Roy Durr
President
Mr. Durr has over 20 years experience in the Mining sector holding senior management positions on various mining projects throughout Canada. Mr. Durr has developed an extensive knowledge of bankable feasibility studies, shaft sinking and underground development, surface and underground construction. Mr. Durr joined AMC in 2009 and has served as the Chief Operating Officer until 2011 when he was appointed to his current position.

James Smith
Vice President
Mr. Smith has extensive working experience in shafts sinking and rehabbing. His shaft sinking experience is in hard rock as well as through water bearing formations utilizing ground freezing techniques. He joined the workforce of AMC in 2008, where he has filled the positions of General Manager and now as Vice President, Operations. Mr. Smith's executive responsibilities include the administration and management of AMC Operation Projects.

Kirby Williston
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Williston has many years of experience managing the finance activities of large diversified operations. Over the years he has held the positions of Chief accountant, controller, and finance manager for multiple mining operations. Mr. Williston's executive responsibilities include commercial and administrative management of AMC including corporate financing, cash management, financial reporting, taxation, human resources, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
